Partsorder system allows the AEC team to efficiently process and deliver assets to your international territories for world-wide exploitation. Requests for all physical, digital and mobile products are submitted for proper legal clearance and product metadata system setup. The AEC team is then able to seamlessly place orders for production masters from our in-house Universal Mastering Studios or your local studio. We can also handle your video needs via our Video Content Services department.

The Asset Management Department also houses the Audio Clip Production department which manages label delivery schedules and handles creation and QA of all UMG digital personalization audio products for US, Canada, Mexico and Central America. Products include mastertones, ringbacks, voicetones, wallpapers, and more.
